ZebraDots Software provides complimentary technical assistance through our advanced ticket system, which can be found by clicking the Technical Support link to the left at any time. The ticket system allows our technicians to quickly sort through multiple requests that address the same issue, as well as document all support data for future reference. This allows our system administrators to respond quickly to any interruptions in service, while also quickly addressing customer-specific questions regarding usage of the software. ZebraDots does not provide telephone-based technical support.
