- Change hosting plans
- Provide new credit card information
- Provide new address information
- Cancel service
If so, please follow these instructions:
- Visit our downloads page
- Get the Account Change Request Form (a PDF document)
- Print and complete this form
- Follow the instructions to send us your request
This form must be completed to change your account. We will not honor emailed requests. This policy is provided as a security measure to prevent accounts from being terminated or deleted at the request of an unauthorized individual.
